How I handle the personal information you send me through this website.
Who I am
This website is run by Shirras Environmental Solutions Limited, New Zealand. In this policy, “I” means Greg Shirras on behalf of the company. You can contact me at greg@shirrasenviro.co.nz or on 027 200 5965.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, message, and optionally your organisation, phone number and project location. If you email or phone me directly, I receive the details you give me.
How I use it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss your project. I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for marketing unless you ask me to.
Services that process it
Enquiry form submissions are sent to me by email using Resend. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on my behalf and may do so outside New Zealand. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information I hold about you and ask me to correct it. Email me and I will respond as soon as I can. If you have a concern I can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
